The BLUN services are offered by BLUN AI, Mayk Biletti, Sportplatzgasse 32b, 2443 Leithaprodersdorf, Austria.
Account and access
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all actions performed through their account. Shared or automated access must follow the product rules shown in the respective portal.
Services
BLUN provides AI-assisted tools, portals, models, workflow products and related software. Features may change as the platform evolves.
Prices and billing
Paid plans, usage-based products and invoices are shown before purchase or in the respective billing flow. Payments and invoices may be processed through Stripe or other approved payment providers.
User obligations
Users must not misuse the services, attack systems, upload unlawful content, violate third-party rights or bypass security and usage limits.
AI outputs
AI-generated outputs can contain errors and must be reviewed before professional, legal, medical, financial or public use.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates and security changes may be performed when needed.
